July 18-BETHANY, W.Va.-Construction is progressing on a total renovation and expansion of Bison Stadium adjacent to the Thomas P. Johnson Sports and Recreation Center, according to Dr. Scott D. Miller, President of the College. The entire complex is scheduled for completion by August.
July 16 - CAIRO, Egypt – Bethany College sophomore Suzanne Stettinius (Parkton, Md./Hereford) placed 33rd out of 60 competitors at the Modern Pentathlon Junior World Championships, which were held in Cairo, Egypt on July 6.

May 24 - OSHKOSH, Wisc. – Bethany College sophomore Matt Cruse (Naples, Fla./Barron Collier) finished seventh in the finals of the 110 hurdles Saturday at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships to earn All-American honors, the second of his career.
