Sophomore Suzanne Stettinius competed in the Modern Pentathlon Junior World Championships in early July and placed 33rd out of 60 in a field which featured 11 pentathletes who will compete in the Beijing Olympics.

BISON STADIUM TO RECEIVE MAJOR UPGRADES

July 18-BETHANY, W.Va.-Construction is progressing on a total renovation and expansion of Bison Stadium adjacent to the Thomas P. Johnson Sports and Recreation Center, according to Dr. Scott D. Miller, President of the College. The entire complex is scheduled for completion by August.

July 16 - CAIRO, Egypt – Bethany College sophomore Suzanne Stettinius (Parkton, Md./Hereford) placed 33rd out of 60 competitors at the Modern Pentathlon Junior World Championships, which were held in Cairo, Egypt on July 6.
